We are registered through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, MMAH, with a Building Code Identification Number, BCIN, for "House", "Plumbing - House", "HVAC - House", and "Small Buildings".

Jennifer Spragg has experience as a Building Inspector, Plans and Zoning Examiner for more than 14 years working for two municipalities. She holds a diploma in Architectural Technology and the Fire Safety Certificate program from Mohawk College. As an Accredited Architectural Technologists and member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario and Ontario Building Officials Association Inc., education is an on-going process. It is mandatory to remain up to date and current with codes, products and materials.
