Build Right Consulting has provided residential and commercial consulting and inspections for many satisfied clients over the years. Our clients have been homeowners, contractors, and new property owners.

It is extremely important that our consultants review the construction at various stages to ensure permit drawing and Ontario Building Code compliance. For various reasons, sometimes what is constructed may not be what was approved; a revision may be required to the permit drawings. It is recommended the designer be involved in the construction process.

Occasionally, homeowners want an independent third party review of the on going construction to ensure workmanship and more than just the minimum standards have been met. Some want consulting once they are living in a new home and are not getting satisfaction from the builder for repairs. Other homeowners request our services during the pre-delivery inspection, PDI, when the new home is being finalized.

Less experienced contractors want our services to review the work prior to the municipal inspectors visit so that any deficiencies are identified, rectified and the inspection is passed the first time. Some contractors want our services to provide solutions for a repair or suggest different methods to comply.

Some people do and some people don't understand the entire process involved in hiring a designer, contractor and dealing with the numerous departments requiring approvals for their projects. We educate our clients and assist in the building process to whatever level they require of us.
