As Architectural Technologists, Build Right Consulting has Qualified Designers with a BCIN; we have designed projects throughout Ontario consisting of, but not limited to new homes, second storey additions, rear three storey additions, multi unit buildings with fire separations, basement apartments and multi level decks; commercial designs including "Subway" restaurants and other types of cafes and restaurants. Some clients require designs that are barrier free in design; we have designed lifts, ramps, residential elevators, bathrooms and kitchens.

Being on the municipal side of the building industry, as a Plans and Zoning Examiner for four years and Building Inspector for 10 years, Jennifer Spragg saw many areas where the construction process could be improved. She wanted to assist homeowners and contractors to get all the information required upfront, to ensure their projects were built efficiently and to building codes and by-laws. With 20 years experience in the building industry, she wanted to help and be available to answer questions and provide information.
